Teen Girls ages 13-18
Bud to Blossom is for the teen girl who is navigating friendship challenges, overwhelming emotions, relationship concerns, identity exploration, and other personal growth concerns. This wellness workshop offers a supportive space to help each participant creatively explore these topics and build the resilience they need to thrive.
